Terms.
The ground rules for this website, the GetOut app and your puck.
Last updated 4 October 2026
About these terms
GetOut is built by its founders, Marcus and Maks. These terms apply when you use getoutalarm.com and the GetOut iPhone app. Our registered business details will be added here before orders open.
GetOut hasn’t launched yet. Some sections describe what will apply once ordering opens, and we’ll publish the complete terms of sale here before then.
Ordering
Real ordering isn’t open. The checkout on this site is a test: it takes no payment, reserves no stock and ships nothing, and a test order isn’t a contract between you and us.
Prices are shown in euros. When ordering opens, the total price, shipping cost and delivery time will be shown before you pay. A contract is formed when we confirm your order.
Returns & guarantee
Every puck will come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you also have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and your product must be as described and work as it should.
Return instructions and a cancellation form will be available here when ordering opens. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law.
The app
The GetOut app is included with your puck. There’s no subscription. It needs an iPhone with NFC running iOS 26.1 or later. When you download it from the App Store, Apple’s standard terms for apps also apply.
Some features need your permission on your iPhone, including alarms, Screen Time access and notifications. You can withdraw these in iPhone Settings, and the related features stop working when you do.
What GetOut can’t do
GetOut is designed to make getting up easier, and we want to be honest about its limits:
- Alarms are delivered by your iPhone. A flat battery, a switched-off phone, low volume or changes in iPhone Settings can stop an alarm from sounding. Don’t rely on GetOut alone for anything safety-critical or that you can’t afford to miss.
- You need a paired puck to finish an alarm. Keep one where you can reach it, and take one with you when you travel.
- Morning Protection and Strict Mode use Apple’s Screen Time features. They add friction, but they can be switched off in iPhone Settings and aren’t impossible to bypass.
- Time reclaimed is an estimate based on the snooze time you tell us, not a measurement.
Reviews
You’re welcome to review GetOut if you’ve used it. Please be honest, keep it about the product, and leave out personal details, offensive content and advertising.
- We read each review before it appears. We publish honest reviews whether they’re positive or negative.
- We don’t verify that reviewers bought GetOut, and we don’t pay for reviews.
- By sending a review you allow us to show your public name, rating and text on this website.
- You can ask us to change or remove your review at any time. See Contact.

The GetOut name, logo, texts and images belong to us or are used with permission. Product pictures are illustrations and the final product can differ slightly. Please don’t misuse the site, for example by sending spam through its forms or trying to disrupt it.
Changes and contact
We’ll update this page and its date when these terms change. Changes don’t affect orders you’ve already placed. Questions? See Contact, or read how we handle your data in Privacy.
